This trip was awesome, the rapids thrilling, sleeping under the stars, the guides who made the trip so much fun, and the food, come on cold shrimp cocktail before dinner in the middle of no where. Oh I almost forgot, not one but two fresh baked cakes for desert. How do they do it?
