Western River Trip Review

This was my first white water experience.  We were out on the water for 4 days.  I learned how to eat, drink (water) and live on the water.  I am a avid camper & the food was very creative, & filling.  Who would of thought crab dip for appetizer.  The guides were very knowledgeable, fun & concerned for our safety & good time at all times.  What can I say about the rapids (terrifying, thrilling who needs a cardio workout?)  These got my heart rate up without a problem.  The scenery was outstanding.  This was part of the reason I went on this trip.  Mother Nature has done a excellent job & so did the staff of Western River Expeditions.
